- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, laws, and non-profit regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasting.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of annual audits and tax filings.
- Review and implement internal controls to safeguard the organization's financial resources.
- Collaborate with program managers to track and report on grant spending and compliance.
