Interim Licensed Social Worker - Weekly Pay: $1,200 - $1,600 *The above pay package is an estimate, please contact our team to put together your personalized pay package, as a variety of factors can influence your total pay.* We’re looking for a hands-on Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to commit to a 30-day contract in Cincinnati, Ohio. This interim LSW is responsible for oversight of daily clinical and administrative operations to assure that each resident receives the highest quality of care. When you join the LeaderStat team as an interim social worker, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment. They will work with you to coordinate onboarding and provide support throughout your entire assignment. Job Qualifications Current, unrestricted LSW license in Ohio. Two years of experience working in a clinical setting and serving geriatric patients Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred Proven ability to create psychosocial assessments, including developing and implementing viable care plans Previous experience writing assessments/reports to monitor client progress Exceptional ability to empathize with residents Up-to-date compliance Tuberculosis (TB) test (two-step is preferred) Physical exam within the last 12 months Job Duties Work closely with residents (and their family members) to identify their unique psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs Participate in reviewing and setting policies concerning resident care and quality of life Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote and protect resident rights and the well-being of each resident Ensure or provide therapeutic interventions to assist residents in coping with their transition and adjustment to living in long-term care Develop, maintain and utilize a comprehensive list of community resources that may be helpful to residents and their families Prevent, address, and report resident abuse as mandated by law and professional licensure Coordinate resident discharge planning and make referrals to appropriate home care/hospice services Benefits Weekly
