Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis tools). Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred. Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable for results. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Willingness to travel as required.

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000

Day to day
- Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for all indirect and MRO categories across the company.
- Identify indirect vendors, manage vendor relationships, and drive supplier development and integration.
- Drive cost reduction and working capital improvements across indirect spend categories.
- Conduct commodity category and industry analyses to identify opportunities and track key cost drivers.
- Manage the full lifecycle of supplier contracts, including legal coordination, renewal tracking, and compliance monitoring.
- Lead contract negotiations and develop commercial agreements.
