- Experienced (3–7+ years) in removal defense and / or family-based immigration petitions .
- Fluent in Spanish (a must).
- Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar (or eligible to waive in; other state licenses considered).
- A strong leader who can manage and mentor paralegals while running an independent caseload.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and solution-focused.
- Motivated by results and client impact, not just billable hours. This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta. Attorneys commute to the office twice a week for collaboration, strategy, and leadership meetings. What You'll Do
- Represent clients in removal proceedings and family-based immigration matters.
- Develop case strategies, draft motions, briefs, and filings.
- Provide clear, compassionate counsel to clients navigating high-stakes immigration issues.
- Lead and supervise a team of paralegals and legal support staff.
