Licensed Clinical Director

A company is looking for a Clinical Director, Patient Safety.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to high-risk clinical events, providing real-time guidance to ensure safe resolutions

Develop and implement patient safety protocols and workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Educate and support providers on risk safeguards and ethical care delivery

Required Qualifications

Independently licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) with 5+ years of post-graduate clinical experience

Expertise in managing clinical risk or patient safety concerns, including crisis intervention

Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills for managing complex workflows

Proficient with Google Workspace and adaptable to new technology

Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
