Duration- 13 Weeks Contract

Description :

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm

Hybrid - On-site training is required until the contractor is up and running.

Required Education

  • Associates Degree
  • Preferred completion of at least 1 accounting related college course
  • Preferred Payroll Professional Certification

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience payroll processing
  • Oracle Cloud and UKG experience
  • Multiple state tax review and processing experience
  • Hospital or medical clinic experience
  • Data collection and entry experience
  • Experience will termination disputes and retro pay adjustments

    • Preferred experience

  • 4 years experience payroll processing

    • Required Skills

  • Basic MS Excel and intermediate arithmetic skills
  • Ability to solve payroll-related issues
  • Ability to interact with peers and management. Excellent customer service skills
  • Good command of written and oral communications
  • Ability to understand payroll deductions (voluntary and government mandated) and their effect on an employee's payroll
  • Strong attention to detail

    • Job Summary

  • High volume internal payroll processing. Handling termination disputes and retro pay adjustments. Contract review, timecard processing, quarterly and annual tax review and processing. Data collection and entry.
