Senior Staff Engineer, Global Fintech & Loyalty Platform

Wayfair is on the lookout for a Senior Staff Engineer to lead the development of our comprehensive Global Loyalty , Payments, Financing, and Fraud platform, a pivotal component supporting our dynamic $12 billion business across various retail brands and expanding global presence. Our pillars are :

• Loyalty - Reward our most engaged customer in a personalized manner
• Financing - Increase purchasing power of our customers in a sustainable manner with a marketplace of possibilities
• Payments - Seamless conversion of every shopping journey into satisfied purchase with low latency, high availability transactions
• Fraud - Protect wayfair and customers from never sleeping bad actors using scalable ML solutions and leveraging industry standard partners

This role offers the chance to shape the experience of tens of millions across our portfolio of brands, including Wayfair, Perigold, AllModern, Joss & Main, and Birch Lane, as we scale our operations from 5 to 15+ countries and omnichannel with physical stores and call center sales. In an $800+ billion market, your contributions will resonate on a worldwide stage. The salary range for this position is $189,000-$222,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
