Job Description :

The Estimator will be responsible for generating leads, provide quotes and converting leads into sales.

• Can reading construction document plans and specifications.
• Has good written and oral communication skills.
• Is self-motivated, and energetic.
• Is familiar with the products used to generate bids.
• Is familiar with the systems that require insulation.
• Can take off plans and generate estimates using Fast Wrap estimating software
• Type up proposals.
• Working knowledge with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Good work ethic.
• Fast Learner.
