Position Overview :
The Business Analyst drives the definition, analysis, delivery and maintenance of business, project, and system requirements through the software development lifecycle.
Essential Functions :
Serves as a bridge between the business users and IT teams (software development, data development and infrastructure teams )Ability to prioritize business requirementsEffectively elicit and document business requirements for assigned projectsProven ability to work with internal IT teams to ensure that the day to day technical performance of our product meets the client's expectationAct as Scrum Master (training provided)Identify opportunities for improvement, including process optimization, risk mitigation and technology utilizationResponds promptly and professionally to defects reported and enhancements requested from business teamsAbility to adapt to shifting priorities as well as multiple and competing demandsAs needed, ability to write and perform functional tests as well as user acceptance tests for applications and business processesAs needed, demo and / or train end users on application usageAs needed, perform high level analysis / triage of production support issuesCreate user guides / end-user documentationParticipate in the Deployment Process; as neededRequirements :

Myers and Stauffer takes pride in the welcoming and collaborative culture we have throughout our offices. For this position, the employee will report to one of our Managers on the IT team.
Work Style :
Our general business hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, but can vary based on business needs. Dependent on performance, our in-office associates are eligible for a hybrid work schedule after their initial 90-day training period.
