What We're Looking For

We seek dedicated teachers / tutors who can work with Kindergarten, elementary, and middle school students in small group settings. Proficiency in reading comprehension, writing, grammar, phonics, spelling, and vocabulary is essential. You must also demonstrate alignment with our Core Values (see more here : Core Values) and a commitment to mastering our curriculum and teaching methods.

We provide paid training to help you master our curriculum and processes. Our compensation structure recognizes and rewards your dedication to teaching excellence and your contributions to Genie Academy's success.

Locations

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (potential to earn up to $50 per hour through our tiered program)

Expected Hours : 30 per week

Schedule : Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.

Work Location : In-person
