job_description.job_card.job_descriptionStrategically scheduling projects to meet revenue goals Collaborate with Project Managers to receive all information needed to update budgets / job costing and sub-contractor pay Providing Excellent Customer Service by facilitating effective communication to ensure everyone is informed of project progress Coordinate & allocate resources to resolve issues proactively and as they arise Closing project documents including final photo documents, lien waivers and invoices Contributing to future project planning and estimating Communication with all team members in person as well as via text, phone, and email daily Work closing with the Production Manager and Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate input of all information (ie : notes, budgets, completion dates, etc) Remain flexible with new projects and come up with new ideas on how to make our processes better. Be able to pass a drug test; be open to background checks. Minimum 5 years customer service or office management experience Minimum 3 years roofing industry (or construction) related experience preferred Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred Analytical mindset with strong time management and problem-solving skills High Level of Attention to detail & organizational skills Basic computer skills and be willing to learn new computer software programs. Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers with a high level of emotional intelligence Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly Be the kind of person to build others up Be able to joke and have fun with the team
