Overview

We are seeking a skilled HAAS 4 Axis CNC Lathe Programmer with Fusion experience to join our dynamic team in Aurora, IL. If you have a passion for precision machining and a knack for programming CNC lathes, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities

  • Program and set up HAAS 4 Axis CNC lathes using Fusion 360 software.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.
  • Conduct tool selection and setup for various machining operations.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations in all machining activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CNC lathe programmer, specifically with HAAS 4 Axis machines.
  • Proficiency in Fusion 360 or similar CAD / CAM software.
  • Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
