Since 1919, our innovative tools have made an important contribution to the technological development in many industries.  Radiac is looking for a CNC Operator to join our Production team at our Oswego, IL facility.

Pay Range for this position is $20.50 to $22.50 per hour.

This person will be responsible to operate a machine by following work instructions in order to meet production goals and quality standards.

You will be responsible to :

• Manufacture turned and milled parts from various raw materials according to a given blueprint.
• Create, read, understand, and modify existing Mazatrol Conversational programs.
• Visually inspect product for burrs, damage, rust and other defects.
• Measure product using prescribed gaging.
• Identify the need for and complete tool changes as needed.
• Inform management of any maintenance issues or problems related to a job.
• Timely and accurate completion of all paperwork associated with production parts.
• Verify piece count and traceability of product.
• Maintain organized and clean work area.
• Communicate all problems and other work related issues with supervisor.
• Receive, understand and follow all written and oral instruction.                                         Maintain meet or exceed rating on performance evaluations Comply with all company policies and procedures in including safety and attendance requirements.
• Resolve day-to-day issues by working effectively with others.
