We are looking for a bilingual HR Generalist to join our team in Oceanside, California. In this role, you will play a key part in managing various human resources functions, including benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and recruitment. Responsibilities :
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely communication of updates.
- Manage and maintain employee records within HRIS systems, including payroll processing and generating workforce reports.
- Ensure adherence to federal and California employment laws, including OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Support managers in addressing employee relations concerns, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Organize and deliver safety training sessions while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with department managers to enhance workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters.
- Facilitate the administration of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, agriculture, or distribution environments.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, such as ADP Workforce Now or similar systems.
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in benefits administration and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency is required, with fluency in English and another language.
