We're creating a new AI operating system that has the potential to change the way companies operate. Our mission at Dust is to transform how work gets done by letting any team and employee shape the exact agents they need to accelerate their jobs.

With 70%+ weekly active users, people stick with Dust as much as they do with Slack and Notion. We already are a core part of their jobs.

We are at an exciting stage of our journey. We've raised our Series A, expanded in the US, and hit the $1m and $2m ARR milestones in 2024; we aim to x5 our growth by the end of 2025.

Dust is a Sequoia-backed company with an experienced and determined team of optimists (coming from companies like Stripe or OpenAI) that like to focus on users, getting great things done by shipping fast, and doesn't take itself too seriously while doing so.

TL;DR

We're looking for a hands-on, highly creative Founding Growth Marketer to run experiments that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline. Someone who knows what works because they've run the experiments, not because they read it in a growth handbook. Someone who's hungry, sharp, and knows how to build momentum in an early-stage company.

This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and responsibility. You'll spend most of your time executing. The rest of your time goes into identifying leverage points and working closely with our product, GTM teams, and Founding Product Marketer.

What You'll Do

Growth & Acquisition (You Own This)

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and more
• Spin up experiments : microapps, landing pages, out-of-home, partnerships, anything that gets attention
• Work with design and eng to ship quickly and test often
• Track results, tweak relentlessly, and know when to kill an idea
