$150k - $240k + Equity

2-6 years of experience as a founding growth engineer, growth hacker, generalist with strong technical and marketing abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities :

As the first marketing hire at our client, you will be the architect of our growth engine.

This role is for a builder, an experimenter, and a relentless optimizer who is ready to take ownership of our marketing from the ground up.

You will have the autonomy to identify, test, and scale the most effective acquisition channels, from paid and organic to community and partnerships.

Your primary focus will be on driving user growth and revenue.

You will also be responsible for the full scope of marketing, including our brand presence and the company's marketing website.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will work directly with the founding team to shape the future of our client.

What we're looking for :

Our client is looking for a Growth Marketer who can demonstrate success in different roles.

The ideal candidate will have experience building and executing growth strategies from scratch.

A background in fields like quant, trading, or banking is a strong plus.

Candidates should have some coding experience.

They should not be afraid of using technology to achieve results.
