Growth Marketer At Listen Labs
We're hiring a Growth Marketer. You will work with our CEO / co-founder to scale Listen from $Xm ARR to $XXm ARR+. Ideally, you are a creative, data-driven, and energetic marketer, excited to join a fast-growing, early-stage startup in a career-defining role. Min. 2+ YoE in B2B SaaS growth marketing, ideally with experience marketing to teams in product, design, or marketing functions.
Large language models are becoming powerful reasoning engines, but they're missing a crucial element to be truly useful for businesses : up-to-date information about your company. Listen has created a product to quickly build this context. You can ask our AI any important business question, and it will :
- Find the right people to talk to
- Ask them the right questions
- Deliver a report with video highlights For example, you could ask :
- How do finance directors handle AI budgets?
- What do Ozempic users think about our new beverage product? By collecting this information, we're giving large language models current context about your business. This turns them into something like a strategic thinking partner for your company.

Acquisition strategy : Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads through content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.Content creation + optimization : Develop compelling narratives and content that demonstrates Listen's value proposition across various formats (blog posts, case studies, webinars, social).Growth experimentation : Implement rapid testing frameworks to identify scalable acquisition channels. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.Product-led growth : Work with product teams to optimize our viral loops, in-product engagement, and user conversion paths.Marketing operations : Build and maintain our marketing tech stack, implement attribution models, and create dashboards to track key metrics.Cross-team collaboration : Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to align messaging and ensure a cohesive customer journey.This is a unique role with potential to expand into a Marketing leadership position quickly as we grow, reporting directly into the CEO.
