Job Description : Assistant Superintendent - Ground-up Apartments

Position Overview : As an Assistant Superintendent for Ground-up Apartments, you will be responsible for supporting the overall construction process of multi-family apartment projects. You will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Superintendent in overseeing the construction process from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of project tasks.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Track and report project progress to the Superintendent, providing updates on timelines, budget, and any other relevant information.
• Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.
• Train and supervise construction crew members and provide guidance and support as needed.
