Our client is an established growing general contractor / developer who specializes in luxury commercial, mid and high rise multifamily, mixed use, and various other construction projects. Job Description :

• Overseeing scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to end
• Ability to hire, train, develop and manage a team of Project Managers by providing intentional and proactive leadership
• Oversee the management of successful construction projects
• Prepare and analyze bids
• Preparing reports on construction progress and cost for clients
• Be client-facing and maintain the client relationship
• Negotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects
• Travel to job site 1-2 days a week
