In this role, you will partner with our recruiting team to build and execute strategies that identify and engage top talent at the earliest stages of the recruiting process. You'll play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and pipeline development—helping to ensure a strong flow of qualified candidates across a variety of roles while maintaining a focus on building diverse teams and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

What You'll Do :

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and Recruiters to understand hiring needs and talent profiles across multiple teams.
• Manage the top of the recruiting funnel, including sourcing, resume and application review, and conducting initial pre-screen conversations with candidates.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, events, Slack communities, and other tools.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within our ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure data integrity and smooth handoffs to recruiters and hiring teams.
• Track key sourcing metrics and KPIs (e.g., outreach volume, response rates, conversion rates, and candidate pipeline health) to measure effectiveness and guide strategy adjustments.
• Regularly report out on sourcing activity and pipeline progress to recruiting partners, leveraging data to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify new sourcing channels, tools, and creative strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
• Support projects that enhance the candidate experience and overall recruiting efficiency.
• Represent Red Ventures with professionalism and enthusiasm, helping to promote our employer brand and values.
