Warehouse Manager

Job Opportunity in Chantilly, VA

We're looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone's journeys better. Position is responsible for maintaining production standards to meet customers' requirements, which includes : scheduling, communication, productivity, labor controls and efficiency standards. Must ensure quality and customer service is maintained at the highest level on a daily basis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensures unit maintains production standards
• Ensures Labor Controls are in place and are effective
• Ensures interdepartmental communication occurs regularly
• Assist in the development and training of subordinates
• Work with management staff to improve performance of the unit
• Prepares administrative reports as required
• Responsible for safety, quality and compliance to customer specifications
