Purpose of Job : Responsible for all product movement in Distributorship's warehouse, managing inventory, cycle counts, loading and unloading trucks. Manages, trains and develops Warehouse Team Members.

Job Components :

• Responsible for and must be able to perform all duties and functions within the warehouse operations.
• Manages, trains and develops Warehouse Team Members. Is responsible for ensuring team is properly trained in the safe use of all warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Participates and engages team in the practice of continuous process improvement.
• Responsible for implementation of applicable standard operating procedures and accountable for ensuring performance standards are met / exceeded.
• Manages inventory quality, accuracy and asset protection.
• Develops stock location and order picking strategies to optimize workflow, space utilization, and labor productivity.
• Ensures that warehouse processes are conducted safely and within the law and applicable compliance standards.
• Ensure warehouse is set up and maintained in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
• Ensures expenses are within established budget guidelines.
• Process inbound receiving of containers or full truck, truck pallet shipments, and small parcel shipments.
• Prepares and distributes operational reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
