We're seeking a Trade Operations Analyst to join the FICC Settlements team within Global Markets Operations. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience with fixed income securities settlements, risk management, and process improvement in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You'll work closely with trading, treasury, and operations teams to ensure accurate, timely trade settlements and support process enhancements.

Ensure fixed income trades settle accurately and on time.

Troubleshoot and resolve settlement exceptions, collaborating with internal teams.

Maintain compliance with client asset and settlement rules.

Assist in managing inventory to optimize funding and reduce costs.

Document processes and support improvements, including automation opportunities.

Bachelor's degree required.

Relevant operational experience or client-facing experience in financial services preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Must be local to Utah.
