A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support Space Systems Command / PK.
Key Responsibilities
Support contract closeout processes in legacy CWS systems, including communication with internal staff
Provide technical support for closeout-related issues and implement solutions for compliance
Operate contract reporting systems and manage data input, retrieval, and problem-solving
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Hands-on experience with Contract Writing Systems (CWSs), preferably ConWrite
Knowledge of data analysis techniques
Proficiency in Federal, DoD, USSF, and private-sector contracting principles and regulations
Experience with government contract reporting systems, including FPDS and SAM
Ability to learn electronic data systems within two weeks of hire through self-study
