Your Future Team

The Product Management and Enablement team drives the vision, strategy, and success of our products from concept to adoption. This team collaborates across departments to define product requirements, prioritize development efforts, and ensure alignment with business goals. In addition, they empower internal teams and advisor practices through product training, resources, and go-to-market enablement to ensure effective use and understanding of our solutions. Together, they bridge innovation and execution to deliver impactful, scalable products that meet client and advisor needs.

What You’ll Do

This role is embedded within the Product Management organization and is focused oninternal product ownership,platform integration, andadvisor enablement. The Senior Manager, Marketing Product Management will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure that product capabilities are accurately represented acrossHubSpot,websites, Salesforce and SEO-driven channels. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of client and advisor-facing tools and integrations, ensuring seamless delivery and adoption across the wealth management ecosystem.

• Define and manage the roadmap for advisor-facing platforms and integrations (e.g., CRM, reporting, onboarding tools, events software).
• Collect feedback and translate advisor needs into product requirements and success metrics.
• Align product strategy with firm-wide initiatives and regulatory requirements.
