About the Role : The Quality Control Manager will play a key leadership role, overseeing project quality from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Construction Superintendent, providing the ability to bridge field operations with quality assurance requirements. This position requires a thorough understanding of federal project protocols, specifications, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and implement the project-specific Quality Control Plan
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, specifications, and contract documents
• Oversee inspections, testing, and documentation throughout all phases of construction
• Collaborate with superintendents, project managers, and field staff to resolve quality-related issues
• Provide training and guidance to the project team on QC procedures
• Maintain strong communication with owners, engineers, and federal agencies
