Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Scheduling Manager to join our team supporting our Federal client in the Washington DC area! In this role you will provide onsite support at the client office and ultimately lead a team of construction schedulers at multiple construction sites.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Act as a Company representative with the client during the program execution.
• Assist client to determine specific scheduling support requirements to execute expanding construction program including :
• Build and maintain a program-level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) which includes major milestones and deliverables from construction contractor project schedules.
• Perform program schedule analysis to include : Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances.
• Monitor vendor schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances.
• Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
• Act as scheduling subject expert and mentor the program scheduling staff.
• Propose processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling.
• Mobilize company resources, through liaison with construction management resources in other offices, new hires or specialty subcontractors to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.

Salary Range : $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
