Are you a high-performing  Automotive Production Manager / Dispatcher  with a  proven track record  of success in a  new car automotive dealership service department ? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are a high-volume, customer-focused dealership seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of our service bay flow, maximizing efficiency and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring :

• Proven Experience :  A minimum of 3 years of direct experience as a Production Manager or Dispatcher in a new car automotive dealership is required.
• Operational Excellence :  Demonstrated ability to manage and streamline service shop production, including  technician dispatching, workflow management , and  resource allocation .
• Track Record of Success :  A history of meeting and exceeding productivity and efficiency goals (e.g., maximizing repair order (RO) count, reducing cycle time, increasing billable hours).
• Leadership & Communication :  Strong leadership skills to motivate and hold technicians accountable, with excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with Service Advisors, parts personnel, and management.
• Customer Focus :  A commitment to quality control and ensuring every vehicle leaves the shop meeting the highest standards, contributing to a superior customer experience.
