The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.

Unit Information : The Center for Safe and Healthy Families serves as the Child Protection and Maltreatment team at Primary Childrens Hospital. We specialize in delivering patient-centered, trauma-informed care for children referred to the Childrens Justice Center with concerns of physical abuse, sexual abuse, or medical neglect. Our nursing staff plays a vital role in supporting medical examinations and assisting with evidence collection.
In the clinical setting, nurses collaborate closely with our advanced practice providers during patient evaluations. Together, they work in partnership with Primary Childrens medical team and the local Childrens Justice Center Multidisciplinary Team to ensure comprehensive care.
We are seeking applicants with exceptional assessment abilities, strong critical thinking skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Benefits Eligible : No
Shift Details : 4 hrs a week as needed. No benefits.
On Call : Caregivers must be able to arrive and report to the designated location within one hour of receiving a call.
Location : This position will work in the Sevier and Sanpete County areas
