A Day in the Life
- Collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to stabilize and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Analyze process and quality data to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support new product introduction by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition from design to production.
- Maintain clear documentation and robust process controls to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives across assigned areas.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing engineering role.Proven experience analyzing and improving production processes.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Qualifications
Background in automotive manufacturing processes and standards.Proficiency with CAD tools and process simulation software.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods.Strong project management capabilities and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.Success in this role requires a hands-on mindset, technical depth, and the ability to partner effectively across departments while driving operational excellence.
