Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A position is available for a Special Education Teacher with Speech-Language Pathology credentials (SLP - CCC) to serve students across grades K-12 in a well-established school setting located in Citrus Heights, CA. This role involves supporting students with special needs by providing tailored educational and speech therapy services in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver specialized instruction and support for students with disabilities within general education and specialized settings.
- Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive educational plans and track student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation, pliance, and progress reports following applicable guidelines and standards.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in special education and speech-language pathology.
