The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of 2 Multifamily Communities in Orlando, FL. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. The will be responsible for financials and reporting on a frequent basis, as well as ensuring all prospects and residents are provided with an exceptional experience.
