Job Title : Occupational Therapist (Pediatric Program)
Location : Bloomington, Illinois
Job Type : Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of children ages birth to 18
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments in areas such as fine motor / self-help skills, upper extremity function, ADLs, visual / perceptual skills, and sensory processing
- Collaborate with professionals including Developmental Therapists, PTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs
- Supervise COTAs and interns as assigned
- Develop and update treatment plans with targeted short- and long-term goals
- Maintain professional documentation including progress reports and session notes
- Perform additional duties as required by organizational needs
