Job Title : Workday Integration Specialist (Recruiting) Location : Charlotte, NC Work Arrangement : Hybrid Client Industry : Banking Duration : 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion) About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist with a strong background in Recruiting and Core HCM to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This is a hands-on integration role, not a production support position. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday integrations, data modeling, business processes, and cross-functional system integration. Key Responsibilities : Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems across Recruiting and HCM functions. Work within a large ecosystem of 400+ active integrations, ensuring seamless data flow in and out of Workday. Partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement efficient integration solutions. Participate in Workday implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring best practices in configuration, security, and data integrity. Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to support integration development, testing, and deployment. Provide expertise on Workday data model, business process configuration, core setup, and security framework. What We’re Looking For : 7+ years of experience in Workday Integrations. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM. 3+ years of experience with Workday Recruiting. Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, security framework, and system architecture. Proven understanding of Workday data model, interfaces, reporting, and data loading procedures. Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience in cloud-based multi-tenant systems. Prior experience collaborating with offshore development teams. Self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills. Compensation : Hourly Rate : $60– $65 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
