Company in South Charlotte is looking for a Marketing / Human Resources Assistant. Regular business hours, Monday-Friday. Temp to hire. Pay $23-$26 / hour DOE.

Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Human Resources & Marketing Coordinator to support our team. This role involves significant coordination and project management, requiring someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and can proactively drive projects forward.

Responsibilities : Human Resources :

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update personnel records and HR systems.
• Prepare and review documentation for new employees.
• Organize company events and develop engaging content for internal newsletters.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
