Marketing / Human Resources Coordinator

Company in South Charlotte is looking for a Marketing / Human Resources Assistant. Regular business hours, Monday-Friday. Temp to hire. Pay $23-$26 / hour DOE.

Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Human Resources & Marketing Coordinator to support our team. This role involves significant coordination and project management, requiring someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and can proactively drive projects forward.

Responsibilities : Human Resources :

Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Maintain and update personnel records and HR systems.

Prepare and review documentation for new employees.

Organize company events and develop engaging content for internal newsletters.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Marketing :

Support the development and distribution of marketing materials.

Coordinate digital and print marketing efforts, including working with vendors.

Manage marketing plans, calendars, and project status reports.

Create and distribute client newsletters and other promotional activities.

General Administrative Duties :

Participate in client billing activities and cross-train for administrative support roles.

Schedule meetings, develop agendas, and maintain thorough meeting notes.

Provide general office support as needed.
