As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be integral to our sales team, leveraging your knowledge of building materials to engage customers, drive sales, and manage relationships. This role offers a blend of salary and commission, providing an opportunity for substantial earnings based on performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls and handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Utilize your expertise in building materials to offer product recommendations and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.
• Creating and analyzing sales reports.

Qualifications :

• Previous sales experience preferably in the building materials industry.
• Solid knowledge of building materials and related products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with industry specific software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
