This role is vital in ensuring the production of high-quality fiberglass doors for our customers. The Production Assembler in the Fiberglass Doors Department is responsible for assembling fiberglass door components according to specifications and production requirements. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble fiberglass door components following detailed specifications and production guidelines.
• Operate and maintain tools and machinery required for assembly.
• Inspect assembled doors for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment.
• Report any production issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and product quality.
