New Home Sales Consultant K. Hovnanian Homes

Overview

K. Hovnanian is celebrating 60 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. The Sales Consultant role involves learning all products, selling homes and securing contracts, following a proven sales process that can lead to a six-figure income. The role requires hard work, coaching, and willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
  • Follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers, and assess the competitive landscape in the area.
  • Work weekends and some holidays as needed.

Qualifications

  • One to two years of new home sales experience.
  • Highest level of customer service with exceptional communication skills—both one-on-one and in front of large groups.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Valid Real Estate License.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated annual compensation of $155,000–$175,000 (base salary $40,000 / year plus commissions and incentives).
  • Benefits include medical / dental / vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan.
