As a Senior Harnessing Technician, you will serve as a technical leader on the production floor, executing the most complex builds, mentoring junior technicians, and supporting new product introduction efforts alongside engineering teams. You will set the standard for quality, speed, and technical excellence in the build process.
What you'll own :
- Execute complex harness builds with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.
- Lead floor training sessions and mentor Apprentice and Harnessing Technicians.
- Partner with Engineering on new product introduction and first article builds.
- Identify, escalate, and help solve build and design issues.
- Support updates to build documentation based on production feedback.
- Champion 5S principles, safety, and quality initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc projects to boost output and ensure harness builds are delivered quickly and efficiently.
What you'll bring to the team :
High school diploma or equivalent certification.5–12 years of experience in harness manufacturing or related production environments.Expert at reading complex schematics and executing high-quality builds.Experience mentoring junior team members.Bonus Points :
IPC / WHMA-A-620 certification preferred.Compensation :
Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.Hourly Range : $30.00- $45.00Location / Worksite
This onsite role is currently based at our Redondo Beach HQ. We are planning to expand operations to Orange County in Q1 2026 (location and timeline subject to change). Team members hired into this role should expect to work from Redondo Beach initially, with a future transition to an Orange County facility once operational. Candidates should be comfortable with both commute locations.
