We install and service machines across North America and exceptional customer satisfaction is the basis of our success. As MEI USA continues to evolve and grow our business across North America, we are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Field Service Technician.

You will travel to install the machines, train our customers, perform preventive maintenance, and provide technical support to customers in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Field Service Technician Responsibilities :

• Perform machine installation, preventive maintenance, and training at the customer site.
• Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer / equipment issues.
• Maintain a high degree of professional customer service for all customer interactions.
• When not travelling, provide technical remote support to customers.
• Attend shows and exhibitions if required, as technical support for installation of machines.
