Work Type : Full Time, Monday-Friday 7 : 30AM-4 : 00PM

Location : Hybrid - Farmers Branch, Texas

Compensation : $18.00 / hour

The base salary will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.

BSN SPORTS is hiring a Sales Support Professional to join our team and serve on the front line in one of the most dynamic industries in the world : sports. As a part of the BSN Team, your work will have an impact on so many individuals from park and rec departments to youth leagues and schools by increasing community spirit and pride.

What You Will Do :

• Duties include following the order process from start to finish, to include order entry, order follow up, and lead follow up.
• Following an order from processing through invoicing
• Managing sales reports for orders processed
• Responsible for opening, running and closing of customer web stores (MTS)
• Responsible for order management- communicating issues between sales and other departments
• Responsible for keeping an open communication with vendors
• Checking stock, tracking product and speaking directly with customers
• Continuing education around knowledge of Products
• Activities directly associated with any order challenges.
