As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents through hands-on care by assisting them with daily living activities. You'll also ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while collaborating closely with nurses and fellow team members to deliver top-notch, person-centered care.

Position Type : Full-Time and Part-Time

Available Shifts : (including every other weekend)

Days : 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Nights : 10 : 30 pm to 7 : 00 am (Part-Time)

Pay Range : $19.44 - $22.47 / hour depending on experience

Bonus : $1000 PT and $2000 FT

Shift Differentials : $1.50 / hour for Evening shift; $2.00 / hour for Night shift

Location : 200 Park Ln, Buffalo, MN 55313

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist residents in achieving and maintaining optimal performance and independence while providing personal care and support with daily activities.
• Implement treatments as directed by the Registered Nurse following individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration as instructed, reporting any changes to the RN.
• Document the care provided using our computerized charting system.
• Support residents with prescribed program activities.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional conditions and report any observations to the supervisor.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and residents.
