We're looking for an experienced recruiting leader to oversee our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) recruiting team. This role blends strategy, operations, and leadership. You'll partner with senior stakeholders, scale hiring operations with rigor and creativity, and inspire a team that recruits across Plaid's most critical functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of recruiting managers and recruiters focused on Engineering, Product, and Design hiring.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across EPD, influencing and aligning on hiring priorities, strategies, and outcomes.
• Operationalize recruiting at scale, ensuring hiring processes are efficient, data-driven, and consistent while maintaining a great candidate experience.
• Evaluate and improve processes by identifying gaps, proposing creative solutions, and implementing best practices for long-term success.
• Foster a culture of ownership and curiosity, encouraging the team to challenge assumptions, learn continuously, and raise the bar on talent acquisition.
• Drive accountability and results, balancing urgency with quality, and ensure hiring goals are met in partnership with business leaders.
• Coach and develop the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Compensation and Location

$170,400 - $289,200 per year. The target base salary for this position ranges from $170,400 / year to $289,200 / year for Zone 1.

Additional compensation in the form of equity and / or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience and skillset, and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with applicable plans.
