We are hiring a Precleaning Technician in White, GA

Overview :

The Wafer Production Pre-Cleaning Technician plays a key role in preparing silicon wafers for further processing in the solar panel manufacturing process. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and quality standards by safely operating cleaning equipment and following strict procedures to prevent contamination.

PayL $22.50 + $1.00 (Once you start on Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate automated and manual wafer cleaning tools and equipment

Inspect wafers visually and with instruments to ensure proper cleanliness

Follow established protocols to load and unload wafers onto carriers or trays

Perform pre-cleaning steps including chemical baths, DI water rinsing, and drying

Monitor equipment and promptly report malfunctions or abnormalities

Maintain cleanroom protocols including proper gowning and handling techniques

Complete detailed production logs and documentation accurately

Work closely with process engineers and quality teams to maintain product standards

Perform regular housekeeping tasks to keep the workstation and tools clean

Qualifications :

Prior experience in manufacturing or cleanroom environment preferred

Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods

Basic computer skills and ability to follow written work instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards

Physical Requirements :

Able to lift up to 30 lbs

Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with PPE

Tolerance for chemical smells and working with wet processes
