Overview
The Fleet Service Writer serves as the primary point of contact between the fleet operations team and the maintenance department. This role is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and tracking all maintenance and repair activities for company vehicles and equipment. The Fleet Service Writer ensures timely communication, accurate documentation, and efficient workflow to minimize downtime and keep the fleet in safe, reliable operating condition.

Office environment with frequent time spent in maintenance shop and yard. Exposure to noise, dust, and moving equipment. Occasional lifting of parts or equipment up to 25 lbs.
