Litigation Attorney

A prominent and well-established law firm in Michigan is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a strong background in commercial and civil litigation . The ideal candidate will have a proven record of handling complex matters, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

Handle all phases of commercial and civil litigation matters

Develop and implement case strategy in coordination with partners and clients

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations

Provide sound legal counsel and maintain effective client communication throughout all stages of litigation

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school

5+ years of commercial and civil litigation experience

Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills

Excellent judgment and ability to manage workload independently

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

Licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan
