We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team in Charlotte, NC. This is a generalist role that provides support across all aspects of human resources, including payroll, recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and day-to-day employee support.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail are essential.

Top candidates will bring problem-solving ability, discretion, and a solid understanding of employee relations, staffing, and conflict resolution. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Maintain employee files.
• Assist with the recruitment process. Creating job postings, managing candidate flow, performing pre-employment screening, issuing offer letters, completing new hire paperwork, entering employee data. Onboarding of new hires.
• Process personnel transactions.
• Assist with benefit enrollments for new hires and annual enrollment.
• Assist with performance management.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events.
• Reconcile monthly benefit invoices.
• Assist with administration of 401(k) plans.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest employment law, HR trends, and best practices.
