Key Responsibilities
Underwrite loans according to company and investor guidelines
Perform thorough analysis of collateral and credit information to ensure compliance with investor guidelines
Communicate with clients and teams to resolve outstanding issues during the underwriting process
Required Qualifications
5+ years of mortgage underwriting work experience
Experience underwriting Non Agency or Non QM loans
DU and LP experience required
Paperless Loan Origination System experience preferred
Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
