Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis (Orange County)

Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for a VP, FP&A for a well-established and growing PE-Backed Multi-Site healthcare organization based in Orange County.

The primary responsibilities in this role reporting to the CFO will include : oversight and leading of a team of Finance and Business Analytics professionals (Director, Manager, Analysts), working on ad-hoc projects for the CEO and Executive Team, Partnering with the PE Firm on analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and identifying opportunities for optimization and process improvement.

The requirements for this opportunity include, 15 + years experience, a bachelor's degree (MBA a plus), foundation in consulting or investment banking, track record of leading and mentoring a team of pedigreed and experienced professionals, possess the ability to work effectively across an enterprise (operations, revenue cycle, executive team), be highly analytical, and possess top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
